Win 10 activated device not showing

Hi,
I'm trying to move accross a windows 10 license from a spare PC to a new PC. 2 out of the 3 activated computers are showing up, but one just doesn't for some reason. They all say 'Windows 10 home, Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your microsoft account' but the specific one I want to swap licenses with isn't on the list of options.

All 3 activated devices are on the same account and online, what could be stopping it from showing up as an option?
