I bought a Sager NP9876 (Clevo P870KM1-G) and I have tried 3 web browsers and none of them will let me search the web. Google Chrome just stops responding, Edge just says it can't find the pages, and firefox only works some of the time. I contacted the place I bought the laptop and they had me reinstall the drivers but that has done nothing to solve my problem.

So one issue I see is that you have both IPv4 and IPv6 address, this can often cause issues.

Go into adapter properties (network and sharing center, change adapter settings), select your wifi adapter, and then uncheck IPv6, close and reboot.

Another potential problem is the Killer adapters in the first place, you may want to install driver without the killer features (which do more the kill the operation of your network, then give you killer speeds) : http://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/knowledge-base?view=topic&id=4
