This is a pc that someone is selling it at my area. I'm offering him 400€. Is this good price or is it worth more/less? He has it listed for 550€ but he's been selling it for ages so if I offer 400€ and no more and he's willing to go to 450€ but I'm sure he'll settle for 400€.

I have a 32 inch TV that I love and looks really good even though it is only 768p.

I know it will last me long because of low resolution.

400/450 is a pretty good price for this. The gtx 970 will run the latest games pretty smooth together with the 4690 !

I have a similar setup, with a GTX970, an i5-4460 and 16GB of RAM.

I can tell you that I am able to run games like GTA V, Battlefield 4 and other AAA titles on high, 1080p with 60fps.

Due to bad timing with the release of the 1000's series GPU's I paid around €800 for this setup.

For €400, used. This is a pretty good deal.

Just remember that warranties don't transfer ownership. Bought a similar rig a couple years ago, and wound up having to buy some replacement parts, even though the original warranties hadn't expired yet. Still came out ahead buying used, though.

Make sure to check all the build, is everything set up successfully and nothing is broken or will broke, however if that broken part is something not so important the price is perfect to get that rig.

Check all the build and do some gaming on it before, or a prime95 just to test. If it support it well the price is good so do it
