can't create homegroup

When I try to create a homegroup it tells me that a homegroup in the name of my sister's pc is available. the weird thing is that my sister is not in any group nor made one.
 
Solution
1) Delete all files in the hidden C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking folder on the PC you want to leave the homegroup.

2) Restart the PC.
