Folders occurring more than once in start menu

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit OS. I have noticed that the folder "Windows System" appear more than once on the start menu. Also, the sub folder "File Explorer" appears more than once there. I have installed a fresh OS just now, still checked with antivirus and anti malware, done a system file check with command prompt. Everything is OK. Then how did this happen? Is there any way to detect any errors for this occurrence? Please help.
