Realtek hd audio manager not opening

So I reinstalled Windows 10 and I also had to install realtek hd audio manager, but when I double click the file "RAVCpl64" or any other file from the folder "Program Files > Realtek > Audio > HDA" nothing happens. Now I need to get into the audio manager in order to enable the front jack because the main one in the back is not working. Also the Realtek audio manager doesn't show up in "Control Panel > All Control Panel Items".

What is the version of your Realtek Driver? Did you download it from Realtek site? 6.0.1.8.004 - this is the one I have installed on Win 10 and it is working fine.

Thanks for replying, I have it from the site you linked and I should have the newest version since I downloaded it yesterday.
