Computer freezes on lock screen EVERY TIME

Well it's not really "frozen" as I can move my mouse around.
But when I boot the PC up 50% of the time I enter the lock
screen, and 50% I go straight to the desktop.

How can I always make my computer boot straight to the
desktop? I have lock screen disabled in GPEDIT and REGEDIT
but like I said, I still get it 50% of the time. Doesn't matter if I
boot from shutdown or sleep/hibernate.

The problem is that when I do get that pesky lock screen, I don't
get a user icon or a place to type in my password. So I have
since disabled password, but all I get is a blank logon screen,
with NO WAY to login. The only thing that works in the shutdown
dialog in the bottom right corner, which I use to restart the computer
until I get to the desktop.

It's extremely frustrating, as I have unsaved work, and I put my PC
to sleep, and I can't get back to my desktop, forcing myself to restart
the computer and lose all my progress. I even installed Ultimate
Windows Customizer, and disabled lock screen there. Still nope.

Any ideas?
