THE Reson I do Not Suggest Updating bios if it ain't broke.
it's not question but something i came across and i have been telling people bios isn't something you need to equip with latest and cutting edge tech.

Good to know. But seems like it should be an easy fix for Gigabyte to correct.

it should be and the question is with physical damage waranty is out of window so who will bear the expenses for the damages.
and gigabyte is denying the bug.
