Dual 144hz Monitors w/ different resolutions

I've recently learned that running 60hz monitors with your 144hz monitor will badly impact your refresh rate. I'm wanting to get a new 144hz G-Sync monitor and replace the 60hz while keeping my current 144hz as a side monitor.

My question is, if I buy a new 144hz monitor that has a different resolution, i.e. 2560x1440 (Current 144hz monitor is 1920x1080) will it impact my refresh rate or be super hard on my GPU? Am I better off to go with a monitor with the same resolution, or does it even matter?

I would be running both monitors with Accell Displayport cables. GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX OC Edition. Current 144hz monitor: Benq XL2720Z

nope it wont impact, it doesnt matter with the refresh rate
