Does un activated windows limit the number of hard drives you can use?

Hello Everyone!

I just built a computer for my dad yesterday, featuring an r3 1200 and gtx 550 ti (he doesn't game, he only uses it for web browsing - hence why I didn't choose a more powerful graphics card), and I'm using un activated windows, to save some money. The computer is currently running three drives, (two hdds, 1 ssd), but, one of the hard drives isn't showing up, but it has already been used and formatted beforehand. When looking in disk management, the drive shows up, so it's not broken. This leads me to believe that maybe, windows 10 un activated limits the amount of drives; does anyone know if this is true, and if I get a windows 10 product key, it will solve this issue? All of the hard drives have been used, therefore formatted before hand, and are not factory new.

If anyone has answers, please let me know asap.

Thanks

Change Drive Letter and Paths is what you want to select.
That drive currently has no drive letter.
Having no drive letter, it will not appear in File Explorer (This PC).

Click that and assign it a drive letter.

Here are the screenshots, showing the disk management, and file explorer, where my other drive cannot be found, (drive 0) https://imgur.com/Llezyu0 https://imgur.com/Gm1FDEG

I noticed that some of the options I couldn't select, I'm not particularly knowledgeable in this area, do you happen to know what any of this means? Thanks

Thank you very much. Will doing this require any form of formatting?

Did you get it fixed?
