Do I need Intel Network Connections?

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 and I noticed something I didn't have before after I was done installing drivers. I have a LAN driver called Intel Network Connections. I don't remember having this on my previous Windows 10, do I need it on this one? Thanks in advance!

Intel Network Connections is a utility to control how an Intel network card functions, not normally needed and probably installed if you just installed the driver using the defaults rather than custom, to only install the driver. Usually safe to uninstall.
