PC Build check/compatibility/options

I'm not familiar with building a PC but I want to do it and I plan to order the following parts for a PC build. Can you let me know if this will be efficient and compatible together and if I'm missing anything else I would need in the list. Also is the 500 watt PSU going to bottleneck running this build at max capability?, And is the motherboard overkill or good to have for future upgrading too? The monitor I plan to use with this build is a 24 inch 1080x1920 with 144hz and 1ms.
