Gaming Rig Comparability Check / Recommendations

Hi, I have been tasked with building a gaming rig for my uncle. The intended purpose of this rig is to play racing sims such as iRacing, Forza 7 (once released) and so on. This will be a 3 screen setup and needs the possibility of going to VR in the future.

Could someone please check over my parts to make sure I haven't missed something in terms of compatibility. Also, is there any recommendations on changes to the components. Price point is pretty set and don't want to go much higher. (Keep in mind, all products and prices are from Umart https://www.umart.com.au as it's a local store)

all seems good. Nothing seems to be misplaced. Have you considered 8'th gen i5 or 2400 MHZ ram ? ram should be just few $ away and 8'th gen will give you 2 additional cores (will have to wait a bit though).

Thanks for the reply. happy to hear things seem altogether. I did look in to them, but due to it's availability (i.e. Uncle most likely wanting this build in a week or so) I decided not to go for it.
