Realtek HD audio manager problem.

When I use the drivers provided by my OEM i'e Gigabyte, Realtek HD audio manager is working fine but when I want to use the latest updated drivers provided by Realtek on their website Realtek HD audio manager is not showing in control panel and when I try starting it in C:\Programs\realtek it just doesn't start.

I've also tried updating through windows update and after downloading update and installing it automatically I can't start Realtek HD audio manager. BTW My board is GAH110m S2 DDR4.
