I can't read dumps but a few here can, someone might look at this now I have commented...

Remove any overclocks,
remove overclocking software,
if you have an Asus motherboard, remove AI Suite or PC Probe 2.
Remove MSI Afterburner.

If you have an Intel CPU, run Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool on it

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture, its an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it. DUmps may show us the cause.
