does anyone know if this badge is like something to come or what "bounty questions" are?

Something that was either supposed to be implemented and wasn't or was only for one of the Tom's foreign language editions. I forget which but it has been asked a few times. It's been there since the platform change in early 2013 and no one has earned it.

Dr. Jones ( Indiana Jones ) is way cooler than Jack Sparrow.

That's not the only broken badge. Hopefully they will get them sorted out one day.
