Been working in a 2000 honda accord with my husband. This car had no oil or water better yet sugar in it to. The spark plugs casing melted the o rings baked on. When draining the oil it came out like melted chocolate which showed water in the engine or there for a blown head gasket. Replaced head gasket and still water is getting in the engine can this be a cracked engine block of so so I can proof hubby wrong. I also found 3 wraps in the engine block as well is it worth a repair and the car still won't start over

agree with BFG, drop in a new motor. (new motor should include injector rail, injectors, or you will need those as well.

you mentioned sugar, so also will need tank and fuel lines, fuel pump, return line, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator.

in other words, find a wrecked one, or scrap the car.

Assuming "wraps" actually means "warps"...that block is toast.
"Sugar" means a whole lot of other parts as well.

It can be changed.
The question is...can you change it?

If you have to buy a new motor and pay someone to do it....that is more than the car is worth.
