Connect Dell u2515H to VGA

Hello,

I have recently purchased a Dell U2515H Monitor. I have a CPU with VGA only. Is there any way I can connect Monitor to VGA.
Below is my PC Config:
Intel Core i5 4th generation with Intel HD 4600 Graphics.

I am not a gamer. I am a coder/programmer and bunch of Cloudera VMs. Going forward in coming months I will upgrade my processsor, motherboard and will look to purchase a card. But for now, let me know, how to connect Dell U2515H to VGA of Intel HD 4600.
