WiFi Extender no longer works with a new router

Virgin Media just installed a new router and I can still connect to my extender but I can't get a WiFi signal on it

Have you updated the extenders SSID password to match the one on the VM Superhub?

Have you updated the extenders SSID password to match the one on the VM Superhub?

I have the same problem, did you find a solution?
I tried resetting it and it now doesn't accept the password which is the same as the router, I'm at a loss what to do
