Please help me! Windows 10 crashing. Cannot find any information anywhere.

Please help!
I have a desktop pc with: Intel 6700k, Asus Gtx 1070, and I am having a major issue withmy computer. Whenever I log in to windows, after 30 seconds to 20 minutes, I will get a cursor glitch shown here:

, and my pc will go to a solid black, red, or white screen and crash. I have already tried to reset windows, reinstall windows, re-seat my gpu, and have done windows troubleshooting but it couldn't find anything. I have no idea what to do about this issue, and I cannot find any information about this issue on the internet. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

what motherboard do you have? Does it have integrated graphics? Can you try it instead of GPU and see if same thing happens?

I have a gigabyte z170x ultra gaming motherboard. I will try to run my pc off the integrated graphics and see if that works. I will respond After I have done so. I have an 17 6700k and it has integrated graphics. Thank you so much for responding!
