Can't Boot using USB

I just completed a new build pc, and I am using MSI 970a-G46 motherboard with AMD FX-6300 Six-Core.
I downloaded an ISO file of Windows 10 on my Macbook Pro and used bootcamp to turn my 16gb usb to a bootable usb with windows 10 mounted onto it.

The problem is, every time I try to boot the usb, I get a screen with a blinking underscore. No key input will do anything... And I made sure to set my usb to highest priority.

Can anyone offer guidance?

Bootcamp is for installing Windows on MAC hardware. Use ISO to USB or the Windows USB/Download tool
