So i'm looking at a new laptop with very different specs...
#1 is an i7-6700HQ with 8GB RAM (soldered on, so maxed out) and a 4k display
#2 is an i7-7500U with 16GB RAM and 1080p
so option #1 is an older processor generation and has less ram and no upgrade opportunity...but option #2 is a slower processor overall, but will the ram help make up for it?
I am not doing anything crazy with it, just everyday usage type stuff, lots of streaming and such...might do video editing one day, but not hardcore...thoughts?
