Hi :D. First im mexican, my english is so so bad, i hope you can understand what im trying to explain.

1 month ago i decided to upgrade my old AMD A6 6400k to an A10 7860K. Since that day
I've been experimenting so many problems with my pc. First problem was a lot of random blue screens, the error code is "critical process died", and i said random because they can be days without a blue screen and one day in the morning have 5 blue screens one after one. I changed my HDD and the problem is still there. Sometimes when i turn on or restart my pc i get stuck in a "trying to repair" screen and i don't have another solution than reinstall windows, if i want to repair windows 10 it send me an error, if i try to restore windows i have an error. Today i had a light problem in my house and my pc turned off, im reinstalling windows right now because i couldn't make it work. I don't know if its a problem with my motherboard or a problem with the A10, but i'm desperate.
My PC:
CPU: AMD A10 7860K
Motherboard: Gigabyte f2a68hm-ds2h (with the bios update who supports A10 7860K)
Ram 8Gb Hyperx

Solution
my control panel/ administrative tools/ event viewer

check out the errors to see if it gives you any clues.

its drivers.... or some hardware that doesn't play nice with your new BIOS

first reaction would be to think driver issues.
the other would be thermal issues with the new cpu.

device manager show any driver conflicts?

the cpu thermal issues would be either the paste didn't work well enough or if you need a better fan.

the other idea is possible PSU issues.

could be that the new cpu puts out more heat then then what the motherboard was designed for....

some software idea's

and maby get more air running thru your box with better fans if the temps look high.

About temperature, my cpu gives me 40 °C while im playing overwatch or far cry 3. Device manager give me no problems.
I get a blue screen a few minutes ago and i "scaned" my pc with WhoCrashed, the result was this:

On Sun 10/09/2017 09:57:38 p. m. your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\091017-20546-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x149F90)
Bugcheck code: 0xEF (0xFFFF9406DF7CD800, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a critical system process died.
There is a possibility this problem was caused by a virus or other malware.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

On Sun 10/09/2017 09:57:38 p. m. your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntdll.sys (ntdll!RtlImageNtHeaderEx+0x14C)
Bugcheck code: 0xEF (0xFFFF9406DF7CD800, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
Bug check description: This indicates that a critical system process died.
There is a possibility this problem was caused by a virus or other malware.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: ntdll.sys .
Google query: ntdll.sys CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

I think a malware problem its impossible because i reinstall windows 2 hours ago, malwarebits give me a clear analysis so, probably is that ntdll.sys thing.

ntoskrnl.exe

ntdll.sys

seems to boil down to driver issues with hardware compatibility issues.

so obviously the new CPU is your new hardware.........

so looking at your motherboard site....
http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-F2A68HM-DS2H-rev-10#support-cpu

there seems to be a fm2 mother board....... and a fm2+ motherboard...

the fm2+ mother board is supported.... then fm2 no "+" is not supported.

to further confuse things there is a 1.0 version and a 1.1 version....
the 1.0 version board needs bios F2c ----http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-F2A68HM-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl
the 1.1 version board needs bios FC -----http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-F2A68HM-DS2H-rev-11#support-dl

so.. I'd think that you might need to verify the motherboard version (1.0-1.1) then the BIOS download.

no idea if you can fix without a total new reinstall

run Belarc and save to flashdrive if you need licenses for programs documented.

I have the 1.1 motherboard and the FC bios, i think the problem is some driver, no idea which can be.
