Asus VS228H-P or Acer H226HQL

I'm building my first PC but I'm stuck on which monitor to get. I'm trying to keep everything budget oriented around $100 or less. The best two monitors I've found are the
Asus VS228H-P

They are both around $100 and they seem like great monitors for the price but I can't choose between which one to get. Which one should I buy or is there a better option?

I just got an Acer G7 227hql the other day ands its fantastic. Unsure of the differences but mine has a glossy screen, really nice black levels, colour, contrast. Little to no ghosting or backlight bleed and it runs at 75Hz no problem.

It actually really shocked me.
