Windows updating using all my resources 10-12 hours a day!

Alright so windows has been eating up all my CPU and DISK for 10 hours a day a list of the programs that are constantly eating up all my resources are

1.(CompatTelRunner) Microsoft Compatibility telemetry
2. Service Host Local System

When I look at my task manager I see so many of these Service host things open all the time eating up so many resources! Should I go from 10 back to 7 until I need DX12? Or is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance!

p.s around 4-9am it's not using really any resources which I think is really strange.

They made an OS. Just because it is not for desktop hardware does not negate the fact that it is an OS.
