Cmd closes immediately on launch, tries to run a file at AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoundMixer

Hello guys,
I am trying to access the cmd but everytime it launches, the window immediately closes, while trying to open a file in the path of

AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoundMixer\SoundMixer.exe

Does any one know how to solve this?

Run Event Viewer and see if some Error Code or Warning is being captured when the Cmd fails.
