There's about 50€ diffrence beetwen these 2 monitors. I'm mostly playing CS:GO.

So i would like to know which one is better? Some say the ViewSonic is one of the good 144hz TN monitors for this price. And some say the AOC colours are washed up. Both have freesync so that's nice.

Btw is there anything such as GAMING OPTIMIZED MONITOR? Like some guy said the BenQ monitors are better for gaming...
Would the input lag diffrence be huge in FPS games? Like for example seeing him quicker making your reactions faster?

This is nothing offending, but what do you expect here? You will get another "some say" answers. I would look at reviews at websites who do that and have a good name at reviewing monitors.

I didn't read the reviews, just picked them up for you by searching with Google "MONITORNAME+review":

Edit: My some say answer would be get the AOC, from brief reading it sounds a little more bit better and newer. But I think you can't make a wrong decision at this price point and you also could just get which is cheaper.

Just a quick question i'm kinda like a CS GO freak i mean i want to be the best i can be. And well i noticed that they have diffrente absolute input lag. Is the diffrence beetwen 18ms,23ms,27ms gonna be big in the game?

I don't know.

That is a general question and some feel/see the difference, some don't. There are also other factors like mouse and internet conncetion and its just one part of whole lag topic. Plus some those less input lag times are achieved with specific settings.

The best gaming monitors with lowest input lag are under 5ms (not just grey to grey display time), so it should have a difference between 5ms and 18ms. But I can't say if you feel difference between 18ms and 23ms.

I have the AOC. Avoid it. Go for literally anything else. The colours are bad, the contrast is bad, too bright and the response times are not as advertised. Hope you go with BenQ.
