Windows 10 Local Drive Security Changes Gone Wrong...? Please Help........

I was trying to Lock Local Drives for the Guests Account.
Someone Told me to Go to Local Drive Properties than security tab and remove all accounts accept Administrator
I did. Now the drive is locked. with this message.

D:/ is not accessible
Access Denied.

How to restore it to the old version.

Boot the computer to safe mode and you will see the Security tab in the drive properties. From there, allow the users (in this case - Yourself) you have denied and save. Reboot in normal mode and voila!
