Itunes not downloading songs in Windows 10 Help

I have the Itunes installed in my computer with the Windows 10 OS. I recently had this problem in which I can't download songs for offline listening in Itunes I even experienced the itunes not connecting to my icloud music library until now. But now the only problem is the downloading of songs because it freezes after it finished downloading 3 or more music.

Yes I already reinstalled itunes multiple times

Hi,
Here's how I managed to fix this.

In the iTunes app on Windows, go to the download manager at the top right
Scroll to the bottom and uncheck 'Simultaneous downloads'
Pause your downloads and restart them
Your tracks should now start downloading again
