I was about to write this question:

My Windows 10 just broke, I was enabling additional accounts for my family to use and got stuck, I plug off and back on an OS didn't work, whit a bootable Windows 10 installer I tried repair, didn't work, so I tried install, first overwritting, got 0x80070057 error, then formating, 0x80070057 again, then delete, same but it actually got deleted, when reasigned, got some error, but it got reasigned and clean, so I tried to install and after an hour stuck at 0% 0x80070057 again.
Any help?

But while I wrote it, my installation attempt worked, however, I get blue screens with NTFS files system or 0xc0000001 errors.

EDIT Another try: L system-thread-exception-not-handled error

EDIT 2: Then an windows\system32\winload.exe, plus an 0xc000000f error.

Solution
1| Have you ruled out a corrupt installer by recreating your bootable USB isntaller?

2| Are we dealing with a desktop or a laptop? If a desktop, please pass on the full system's specs and if a laptop, the make and model will help. An SKU would also work for us.

3| Did you make sure your BIOS for your platform is up to date?

1) No, I'll try tomorrow (is midnight in Western Europe now)

2) ASRock AB350 Pro4

Ryzen 1600

Zotac AMP! 1060 6GB

G.Skill Ripjaws V Red DDR4 2666 PC4-21300 16GB 2x8GB CL15

3) No, last time last time I updated BIOS, it broke windows and I had to do a CMOS reset and reinstall windows, default BIOS has always worked ever since.
