RealTek Audio Manager - Cannot access despite multiple reinstalls

Hi guys,

I just purchased a new Dell desktop and noticed that my RealTek Audio Manager disappeared as an icon from my Task Manager. After starting to look around for it, I found that I could not access it no matter what I tried. Here is what I've done so far:

- Uninstalled and reinstalled my RealTek Audio Drivers multiple times.
- Tried using the basic drivers and then going back to RealTek.
- Locating the file for Audio Manager and attempting to access the application that way, no luck.

The files appear to be installed ... but I cannot access the application. Any thoughts or assistance is appreciated and ty.

Found a video today that seems to show the location of the Audio Manager file ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMDZVkAbPGE ) . I am able find find this file, but nothing happens when I click it. Will tap dance like Fred Astaire if anyone is able to assist with this.
