My system is:

-Windows 7 64 SP1
-AMD FX 6350 3.9 GHz (bought a month ago upgraded from a Pheno IIx4 965)
-ASUS Strix GTX 960 2 GB
-12 GB DDR3 1600 (2x4 + 2x2)
-1 TB HDD + 128 GB SSD
I'm having severe frame drop issues on PUBG in low settings (even im able to play Doom or Tomb Raider on high settings), and i heard that my processor sucks compared even with low profile Intel cpu's, struggles with Unreal Engine 4, has bad poor manufacturing process overheating etc etc...
I've always been AMD but ill try intel because i want to play fine, and i have no other CPU for AM3 socket to upgrade...
Which second hand Intel do you recomend me? Will it be a worth upgrade? I dont care if its i5 or i7, i will only use it for games at 1080 for the next years.. i think ill prefer no "K" to ensure its not burned out due to oc.... My budget is 150€. Thank you for all the answers :)

I'd go with an i5 7600k new (The reason I say K is because they are generally factory clocked higher than the locked ones, or a R5 1600, I hate to recommend old hardware BUT, If you can get a good deal on a Z97 motherboard and a used i5 4690k or 4790k then i'd go with that. But only if the price is good (less that $200). Now if you wanna save money you could in theory get a FX 8350 or 8370 if you can also find a good deal on those but don't expect a miracle as the FX series will seriously bottleneck you down the road.

Well, the processor alone i wouldn't spend more than $150 on as that cpu is about 4 generations behind, though its still very capable. The motherboard I can't really say without knowing its condition. You might want to invest in a really good cooler if you do decide to get it, because you are definitely going to want to overclock to at least 4.5 GHz on that 4930K for it to keep up.
