Triple Monitor Display Issue

Recently I purchased two new monitors to replace and upgrade an older model that had died.

Prior to doing this I had no issues running a triple monitor setup.

Current Setup (All are Acer models):

K272HUL | B276HK | K272HUL

with a resolution of 2560x1440 and the desktops being extended across all three. They are connected via Display Port and powered with a GTX 1080 TI.

THE ISSUE:

I keep my PC on 24/7 so when I'm done using it I just power off the monitors and let it idle. When I turn the monitors back on, sometimes the center monitor will just display a black screen.

Also it appears that sometime during the idle period the monitors will disconnect and reconnect themselves because windows will move themselves to other monitors.

I've been beating my head against the wall trying to fix this. I've replaced cables, swapped monitors, and replaced the GPU. None of this has worked.

Can you use a connection besides DisplayPort?

My only other options are DVI and HDMI. Theres one of each. I've tried the HDMI but it still does it.
