Need input from fellow i7 5775C owners or if anyone knows a bit about this cpu.

I think after years of buying "meh" chips, I finally won the silicon lottery, with a chip that didn't have good yields nonetheless. I have an i7 5775C and its known for not being a very good overclocker but from the articles I've read most people getting it up to 4GHz required at least 1.25 volts. I some how so far have managed to get 4.0 Stable at 1.155v (and currently decreasing as of posting this.)
So far I have maxed it at 4.3 with 1.311v. I know by Haswell standards that voltage is pretty high but its also a lot lower than others I've seen with the same Broadwell-C chip as me. So I guess my question is did I truly obtain a golden chip or am I just going nuts? Because I feel it could be a tossup in either direction
