USB 3 Port Issues

Hi all, problem with my new MB and case.

MB - Asus Prime Z270a, has a 20 pin usb connector for usb 3 (usb3_34)
Case - Fractal Define 5, has front usb 3 ports

Issue: the case usb connector cable (header?) only appears to have 19 holes. I hadn't noticed this and the instructions for the case are basic pictures only with no clear specs. So of course I went ahead and installed the cable.

Means that it now looks like I've broken the 20 pin connector on the MB. 1 pin flat, another.. missing.
Sorry, don't know how to upload pics or I'd show you the basic picture instructions for the case and resulting possible damage to the MB.

I'll contact the shop to try and get a replacement (chances?) but still confused about how I will then connect the usb front ports on the new board??

Page 1-3, line 13...

Ahhh does "USB 3.0 connector 20-1 pin" mean .. 19 !? I kinda thought it meant 1 20 pin connector. Didnt think that through.. Sorry, I could of also counted the dots on the diagram the page before.

Ok, so the connector is only 19. Still means I have a bent pin for some reason, but at least it's not because I did something wrong.
