Windows constantly crashing after logging in (Dr. Debug flashes 00)

Hi, so for the past few days my computer has been shutting down some time after I login. The computer abruptly shuts down and the Dr. Debug on my motherboard flashes "00" I have looked up and found out that this means the CPU is not installed correctly, the thing is, that can't be, because I've had this build for months. The CPU would have had problems before this if it was not correctly installed. My specs are

X370 Taichi

AMD Ryzen 5 1600X

MSI GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X Edition

This crash does not happen in safe mode with cmd prompt, but does happen in debugging mode, I believe it is a problem with the icons on my desktop..? Because when I select one of them, the computer crashes. I can't seem to find even the slightest possible way why this would happen.
