Need Help Overclocking HP OMEN Laptop

Hello Everyone! I am new to overclocking and I need some help OCing my HP OMEN laptop. Before I go in to details, yes I know OCing laptops is dangerous but I've done some tests and this stays a relatively low temperatures when doing a test in FurMark. As I am new to OCing I'm not exactly sure how much I'm looking to overclock or if I'm looking to overclock my CPU or my GPU but all I want is a small boost in FPS say 5-10. My CPU is a Intel Core i7-7700HQ and my GPU is a Polaris 10 revision 1 I think lol, as for the model it is a 17 inch laptop-an0xx I think. (Sorry I'm not to great with computer parts just looking at what it shows me) If you need any more info please let me know any help would be much appreciated.

well for a start, the 7700HQ cant be overclocked

when you've ran furmark, what temp did your GPU get to and which exact model GPU do you have? it should say in furmark

Well the max temp it got to in FurMark and Heaven was 75 Celsius and in GPU-Z it says the GPU is Ellesmere.
