Messed up my Quick Access moving Downloads and Documents from SSD to HDD

Hello! So I bought a new laptop and I wanted to move the special folders to my HDD but now they are gone or messed up and I have no idea how to fix it and get it all back to how it was and normal, please help, thanks!

If that does not work, and since this is a brand new laptop....I'd just do a full Factory Reset. The user manual will tell you how to invoke that.
