Inaccessible Boot Device

I'm not sure this is the right place to put this but...
I was having issues with random crashes during games and believed it was possibly a memory issue but decided I would also update the BIOS first (Asus z270e). After updating the BIOS I can no longer boot to windows.

I get a blue screen "inaccessible boot device". My boot drive is a Samsung EVO 850 500GB SSD. I do have two 3 TB HDD in Raid, but BIOS is not even listing them in the boot priority list.

Tried to reinstall BIOS update, no luck.

What steps should I take?

Disregard. Booted into safe mode. Ran CHKDSK - error found. Repaired with repair utility and now it boots just fine.
