Native resolution problem

Hi, i have an hp omen with a 1070 gpu and a 4k screen.
I have a weird problem when i run a game at 1080p for example far cry 4 , i get 70fps.(on the mobile display)
When plugged to an hdmi monitor i get around 80.so does anyone knows why this is happening?

It must've been the display refresh rate, being 70Hz on the mobile display and 80Hz on the HDMI Monitor. All screens can have different refresh rates.

To confirm, open nvidia control panel, click "change resolution" and see the resolutions and their refresh rates.
