If you're spending this much money, you might want to take the step up to 2k resolution. 1080 ti is way, way, WAY overkill for 1080p gaming.

Ideally you'd want 4k since 1080ti is best for 4k gaming, but 4k is incredibly expensive as it stands. 2k is a good compromise between resolution and price, as long as you know what you're looking for.

I would change the motherboard, SSD & PSU as the ones you chose are kind of overpriced for what you get. Besides those changes the build looks good.

The GTX 1080 ti will pair well with a 1080P/180hz monitor, I play with one on a 1080P/144hz and on certain games it will dip below 100 FPS.

If your looking for near silent fans for a good price I would highly recommend this Cougar fan. I replaced the fans on my H100i and there nearly silent and just as efficient.

Mobo is for "future" I will probably want to use Zen 2/3 in the future.

In my country this XFX is cheaper than Evga it's why I choose it.

I wouldn't do 1440p on a 24" screen - 27" is the sweet spot. Dell S2716DG is the value leader.

Overspending on a secondary monitor - would look at like $120 range. Use the price diff to pay for the Dell monitor.
