Random Hard Freezes, no BSOD, no Restart

Had this problem for a few days earlier this month, and then it came back. Once in awhile my PC will hard freeze and audio will hang. No BSOD and no automatic restart. Only way to end it is to manual restart. Did a memory test earlier this month and all 4 sticks cam up clean. Any help will be appreciated.
CPU: AMD FX-6350 Vishera
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P (rev. 2.0)
Video Card: GIGABYTE Radeon R9 270X
PSU: CORSAIR HX series HX650
Memory 16GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3

check your RAM utilization while playing a game or something and see if it is filling up, this sounds like either a memory leak or a display driver failure so make sure you update your drivers if needed as well
