How to disable auto download and auto install updates in windows 10?

but I don't have an option to notify for download and install. Here's what I have:

How can I choose an option such as in guide above or if I can't, then how I can disable auto download updates (without enabling metered connection)?

if you have a windows 10 pro or enterprise, the GPO will do the trick, it will just prompt for the download and installation. more over, it will patiently prompt for restart if required.

I have a pro version but these 4 options on my screenshot are all I have in GPO :c

i'm using the second option. it notifies me when there are updates and i run download and install whenever I'm ready for that.

Here is how to turn off auto download and install of Driver in windows 10
1 – First of all press windows key + x to open the menu and click on control panel in it.
2 – In the control panel search box located in the top right of the control panel window, search device installation. In the search result device installation settings will appear. Click on it.
3 – Now from the options there, select second radio checkbox saying, no let me choose what to do and also choose never install driver software from windows update.
