hello friends,I want to know which is best Asus vc239H-W or Hp 24es monitors? Both are at same price and one more thing, is Hp 22es flicker free? Thank you

Depends whether you want to play on it or have it for a workstation dude. I would recommend getting BenQ ZOWIE XL2411 for gaming , Asus VX228H for both playing and working man. Hope that I helped.
