I installed a second hard drive now i cant sign in to windows 10

I bought a second hard drive and now when i sign in to windows it puts me on a temporary profile and says it cant sign in. What do i do?

Question. When you installed the hard drive, did you clone the os over to that drive? Can you please go more in detail with your problem?
