try to do a os repair files you windows seams to be corrupted .

it the file system is in a bad state, you can boot onto a windows disk or windows usb drive and then run
chkdsk c: /f

this will fix the data and change the file system type from RAW back to NTFS.

bad news i don't have disk, or windows usb, maybe need buy to store again. because i olny have this laptop so i can't download from site Microsoft

Use another computer to download what you need from Microsoft. It doesn't have to be the same computer you need the download for.
