How do i fix blue screen - KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

Everytime i try to use my camera it freezes and the blue screen pops up saying:
STOP CODE: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
What failed: SPUVCbv.sys.
How can i fix this?

This is most likely a driver issue. Update the driver in question. Navigate to Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Device Manager.
2. Find the hardware in question, right click and select Update Driver Software
If that doesn't fix it
1. Navigate to Control Panel, System and Security and Power Options.
2. Select ‘Choose what power buttons do’.
3. Click ‘Change settings that are currently unavailable’.
4. Uncheck the box next to ‘Turn on fast start-up’ and Save changes.
