Solution
After reinstalling Windows 10, did you install the motherboard drivers? Chances are the CD that came with the motherboard are not for Windows 10. Go to motherboard manufacturer's website, and download the latest drivers compatible with Windows 10 for the various peripherals for the motherboard, eg. Wireless Adapter, Ethernet LAN Adapter, Audio, all the stuff with 'Intel' in it, etc.
