i5 7600k with Cryorig H7 temps.....

i5 7600k w/ Cryorig H7

My cpu is currently overclocked to 4.8ghz and im looking at high 30's to mid 40's on idle, 60-70 on load. I have a few xtra bucks laying around was wondering if i should go with a H100 or H80 to get my temps down more. Machine runs great just not thrilled with the temps. Hell if i could get a stable 5ghz id be so happy =)

I would pass on the noisy AIO coolers. Your temperatures seem pretty good but if you wanted to replace the cooler I would look at the cryorig r1 ultimate.
