Device to extend wifi network

Hi everyone, here is the situation, I get free internet off next door library when I enter my library card details, yet this wifi will not reach the back of the house only the front...my question is can I use a device to extend that wifi to other areas of the house. Thank you.

Possibly use a Powerline adapter which can deliver wireless to an endpoint? Such as the ASUS PL-AC56.
